We have good ability to accept OEM orders from international purchaser, and we can study, measure drawing or sample provided by customer. There are top-grade computer with various kinds of software, Auto-CAD, CAXA, Pro/E, SolidWorks, UG, etc. So we can satisfy different request from different customer.
There are 10 engineers who design and make tooling. They are good at designing of stamping, bending, drawing, continuous stamping dies, as well as zinc alloy die cast, forge cast, plastic injection. At present we have over 2000 sets of different kinds of tooling made by ourselves.
We are certified by ISO9001:2000 in 2002, and our ratchet tie down meets TUV-GS certificate. There are about 30 quality control persons and inspectors in our department, who are responsible for the run of our quality system, inspection and test of each step of production. Besides normal inspection tools, we also have 3D measure instrument, strength test machine, coating thickness tester, hardness tester, salt spray test machine, etc. We can make all tests to assure product quality and safety to meet customer's request.We are glad to cooperate with purchaser, manufacturer from all over the world, to develop various products needed in market.
