| We are a group company, with 5
factories, including stamping factory, zinc alloy and
aluminum alloy die casting factory, zinc plating factory,
plastic part factory, screw and bolt factory. Our land
area is 87 mu (58003 square meter). There are about 600
employees in our factory. There are 16 technicians and
32 full-time inspectors. We are certified by ISO9001:2000
and GS certificate. |

From raw material to finished products, all can be done
in our own factory. We have rolling machines, 115set of
punches (the biggest one is 400 ton), advanced continuous
stamping equipment, machining, net-style heat treatment,
zinc plating, etc, and testing equipment of strength,
hardness, zinc thickness and salt spray test.
There are two leading products: ratchet tie down series,
trailer products, garage door and industrial door accessories
series. Our ratchet tie down is the first one who got
TUV/GS(EN12195-2000) in China . |
We have
412 door accessories. We have accumulated rich experience
of making these products, and have a complete set
of product quality control system. Meanwhile we
have design capability of new products. Lots of
products we design in recent years have applied
world patent.
